Due to the perishable nature of our frozen food products, we prioritize food safety and generally cannot accept returns once a delivery is completed. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to facilitate a refund or replacement.
Inspect Upon Delivery
Thoroughly check your Vadilal Quick Treat order at the time of arrival to ensure all frozen items are intact and at the correct temperature.
Document Issues
If any product is damaged, thawed, or incorrect, take clear photographs of the item and the packaging immediately.

Email our customer service team within 24 hours with your order number and the photos of the affected products.
Resolution Process
Our team will review your claim and, upon verification, will initiate a refund to your original payment method or arrange for a fresh replacement.
